一直都在说“狼来了” ，或者说（古）狗来了，现在狼真的来了。在今天的 Open Handset Alliance 会上，谷歌公布了它的Mobile Phone Plan 手机计划：开始开发第一个使用在手机上的开源平台 Android。这不是以前所谣言的 Gphone，而是一个更大的计划，成立的这个 Open Handset Alliance (我暂译成 开放手机联盟）旨在推广这个搜索引擎巨人的 Android 软件和与之联盟的商业拍档，主要成员包括 Google Inc., T-Mobile, HTC, Qualcomm, Motorola等。市场的反映：Google 的股票今天一度冲破 730 美元。

下面是Andy Rubin， 谷歌移动平台的总监，的原话：

Despite all of the very interesting speculation over the last few months, we’re not announcing a Gphone. However, we think what we are announcing — the Open Handset Alliance and Android — is more significant and ambitious than a single phone. In fact, through the joint efforts of the members of the Open Handset Alliance, we hope Android will be the foundation for many new phones and will create an entirely new mobile experience for users, with new applications and new capabilities we can’t imagine today.

点对点也就是 peer-2-peer并不是什么新鲜事，其中出名的有从过去用来 music-swap音乐下载的Napster（现已被改了性质），到目前很牛气的用来打电话的Skype（后被ebay收购），都是使用了点对点的技术，来实现最终两个终端机器进行文件、数据包直接的传递。

而这些都是在电脑加上因特网的基础上来构成的，今天我倒要谈谈可能在手机或其他移动设备实现的P2P技术。就像Skype能带来电脑上的免费通话，这点对点移动电话也有实现免费手机通讯的可能。
