		<description>Jegs11  I am running outlook express 6  on xp pro and have to convert for it to work. I use easy cd-da extractor and select the .wav (Fraunhofer MP3 codec) this keeps the file size almost the same size as the original and does not make a huge unusable wave file.

As far as outlook express 2000 brenda you may have to try and update to a new version if possible (i assume your operating system is win 2000) i dont that anymore and forget if it is upgradable still but think it might be

are you sure you are not using MS outlook as part of a Microsoft office package</description>
