@JC, Desktop Manager is not very important you can install it with English or Chinese. Which is just a vehicle for you to install the Device Software (or Blackberry OS) to get the Chinese Character display right.

I downloaded the latest Blackberry Desktop Manager software version 5 with multilanguage support; however, when I tried to select Chinese, there was only the Traditional Chinese (繁体)available? Shoudl I have download something additional to get Simplied Chinese (简体)?
